A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. (Cheques to be made payable to K.Fox ). Once cleared a receipt will be sent to the client. By sending a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set.
Balance is to be paid in cash/cheque on arrival of the artist. Deposits are non refundable. In the case of unavoidable non attendance on the part of the artist every effort will be made to find a replacement or a full refund given.
Approx 10-12 children can be painted in one hour. The painter will stop work at the scheduled time. If additional hours are requested then payment will need to be made immediately. The client will be expected to pay the full booking fee even if the client uses the artist for less time than booked for.
If changes are agreed to the time, date or location it is the responsibility of the client to confirm these changes in writing or by e-mail.
Artist is not liable for any allergic reaction to paints. Anyone with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate or have the artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. We will not paint anyone who appears to be suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, impetigo, eczema, open wounds, or any infectious skin conditions. Artist will use reasonable care but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The artist uses only safe approved products.
The client agrees to pay for any accidents or damage caused by pets or guests to artists equipment or supplies.
Artist is present only as a painter and will not supervise children. The behaviour and safety of the children is the responsibility of the parent/carer.
It is a requirement that all party hosts left in charge of children other than their own ensure the completion of a 'Parent/Guardian consent form' so that we are able to paint all participating children.
We reserve the right to refuse to paint something on a person that we consider may cause offence to others.
